Education and development of managerial skills

The education is focused on acquiring the knowledge on a specific topic. The work with the group is aimed at the topic on a general level. The objective of the educational courses is not to focus on the group dynamics or training of skills.

The educational courses are intended for those, who want to learn more about a specific topic relating to the management work, to connect individual topics, and to confront their practice with the theory. In the educational course, you will acquire information, confront your opinions and attitudes with the others, put the new information into the framework of your previous experience, discover possible parallels and possibilities to apply the findings to your practice.

These courses are thus suitable for those, who:

  • want to deepen their knowledge, connect various theories, and the theory with the practice,
  • are ready to share, discover, look for new connections of information, and not only to consume the presented information.

types of courses
We can offer the topics, with which we work in the practice at the training courses and team development courses, also in form of education. The optimum solution is to agree on a particular proposal based on the client’s current needs.

Examples of education topics:

  • team cooperation, team roles, creation and building of teams, team leadership
  • interpersonal communication, assertiveness, conflict settlement, personality typology, presentation skills
  • problem solving, creativeness, innovation leadership, situation leadership, motivation, conducting of meetings

The educational courses are determined by the required outputs for the selected topics. Programmes are only tools, which support effective learning. In order to maintain attention, motivation, address the current topics of the participants, and achieve the deepest possible effect, we combine various forms, like exercises and games, lectures, facilitated discussions, and others. The course duration depends on the amount of topics and the required depth, from one-day one-time courses to a long-term cooperation on courses taking several days. The combination of educational courses with training courses and team development courses is most effective.

  • speciality: assessment and development centres
    The objective of these programmes is to increase the self-reflection of key employees, and to optimize the direction of their future development. At the same time, it serves to reveal some difficulties in teams, and to discover the reason of repeating of problem situations in individuals and teams.
