Teambuilding - building and development of teams
The purpose of teambuilding courses is to achieve a targeted development of the group (as well as the individuals). We will achieve this through both real and simulated situations, which provide a number of emotional and rational stimuli for subsequent processing. Thanks to the strong feeling, the experience acquired in this way may initiate a change of the individual’s behaviour within the group.

Training and development of managerial skills
A new product line in our offer since 2005. It is based on the need to provide the clients with a tangible output from the completed course based on their specific needs, in form of acquired managerial skills.

Education and development of managerial knowledge
The educational courses are intended for those, who want to learn more about a specific topic relating to the management work, to connect individual topics, and to confront their practice with the theory. The primary objective is to give the participant the opportunity to see, hear, experience, compare, reflect, understand, internalize and sort, and thus better remember the new information.

Teamspirit - action, motivation, entertainment
The primary purpose of Teamspirit programmes is to motivate and entertain. These programmes are attractive and dynamic, they provide strong positive experiences. In our programmes, we therefore use various activities, from sports to dramatic, creative to adrenaline activities. The common motto of all these activities is “entertainment with added value”.

Non-profit sector - schools, public administration, non-profit organizations
For schools, we provide courses focused most frequently on students (supporting the relations in a group of students, and their personality development) and pedagogues (courses of effective cooperation and communication for the team of pedagogues, methodical courses on experience pedagogy). We help non-profit organizations realize their project. For public administration organizations and public institutions, we organize courses for development of the team spirit, cooperation and communication.
