Teambuilding – building and development of teams

In teambuilding, we put emphasis on the balance of managerial and interpersonal processes.

Team development goes with development of individual personalities. We lead the clients to be active, to assume responsibility, to be aware of solidarity, and to be determined to overcome obstacles. In our courses, the participants acquire experience and awareness of the team cooperation potential.
Through all kinds of situations and subsequent reviews, we teach:
  • how to be a cooperative person
  • how to be a team player
  • how to be a leader

We have many years of experience with development of the teambuilding tradition using the outdoor management training method.

target audience

  • new groups or teams with substantially changed composition
  • groups, which actively strive to develop
  • stagnant groups or teams needing to overcome any known or hidden problems
  • a group, which has cooperated and performed for a long time, and needs to focus its attention on the relationships and needs of individuals
  • well-established teams before a new beginning (a project, a change, etc…)

types of courses
A team, like every live organism, undergoes various phases of development. In each phase, it copes with a different type of troubles, it has different needs. The basic offer of courses reflects these phases, and each type of course has several particular solutions and approaches.
Creation – building of team
  • new groups or a substantial change in the group composition
  • main topic: how to be a cooperative person
  • outputs: getting to know each other, cementing, strengthening of relationships, feedback to the group with recommendations for further development

Team development

  • diagnostics of the individual and the group, development centre
  • main topic: how to be a team player
  • outputs: comprehensive individual feedback, complex evaluation of the team > specific recommendations for further development
Team transformation
  • for stagnant groups or teams needing to overcome any known or hidden problems
  • main topic: how to be a leader
  • outputs: identification of the problem and situation (incl. individual attitudes), help to overcome the old system and establish a new one
Team refresh
  • a group, which has cooperated and performed for a long time, and needs to focus its attention on the people and their self-motivation for further cooperation
  • real situations and environments, expeditions, overcoming challenges… Well-established team before a new assignment
  • specialities – supporting the change, start of a new project, etc.
