We are people who do this job because it makes sense to us. It is pleasure for us to meet clients and participants of our courses. The results of our work should make real difference in their lives.

You will have a chance to meet people who are – in concord with our corporate values – direct and honest, who are aware of their own responsibility for the work performance and they have unflagging proactive approach to solving any situation.

We are flexible and can create effective project teams in the size between two and thirty people. The great advantage of our long experience is the ability to organise several courses at the same time.

The core of our team is created by professionals who have been working in Česká cesta for five or more years, in many cases they have been with us since the start of the company.

The team of trainers can be supplemented according to the development of the client’s needs. One of main requirements on our trainers is education (graduates of two universities are not an exception among them) and personality traits (which are examined during our internal assessment centres). Previous managerial practice is considered to be an additional criterion. We know from the positive reactions of our participants on the courses that thanks to a view which is not influenced by previous leading position, our trainers can hold the mirror up to the “guaranteed” managerial practices.

Continuous development is a prerequisite of trainer’s work. We prepare internal educational seminars which are focused on various topics, and workshops allowing exchange of experience on a regular basis. Apart from that, our trainers often take part in various external seminars, some of them have internal couching. An elaborated system of internal inspections and feedback is another important component of the quality development.

Representatives of the company publish in specialist magazines, participate in HR conferences, some of them lecture on universities.

We also have our own system of education and control in the sphere of programme safety, prevention of injuries and first aid.
