Outward Bound – Česká cesta (the Czech Way) is a purely Czech company whose history reaches back to the very roots of the personal development and experiential learning in this country (thanks to the connection to Vacation School Lipnice – Prázdninová škola Lipnice which was founded in 1975).

Česká cesta has been on the market of corporate education since 1993 when it also adopted the principles of experiential learning as applied in the international network of Outward Bound International.
