As a trainer and consultant he focuses mainly on leadership, leading people and motivation, change management, leading workshops and facilitation skills, developing communication and teambuilding, creating new work groups, training trainers and personal coaching.
He graduated from Pedagogical Institute in Litomyšl, specialisation of leisure time pedagogy. He also attended psychotherapeutical training in Gestalt methodology in work environment (IGT Prague, 2008) and training in systemic coaching.
He has been working for Česká cesta since 1999. Apart from our company, he acquires experience with experiential learning in Vacation School Lipnice where he participates in internal training of instructors.

Training is a place where participants develop, but I develop too, because I have to react to questions, find solutions to conflicts and look for common denominators.
