Experiential Learning Programmes
We prepare original compiled programmes which use various forms to introduce the concept of corporate values, and let participants experience how the general and abstract concepts like corporate culture and corporate values affect them personally.
These programmes are always based on sophisticated dramaturgy which allows participants to overcome the initial mistrust, open to new views and clarify their own relationship towards the given values. The programme aims at increasing personal responsibility of each employee for their own attitudes and behaviour, and inner resolution to try to influence what is happening at the workplace.
We consistently avoid manipulative techniques, mass chanting and formal demonstrations of loyalty. We do not start with proclamations, but with unexceptional everyday actions.
