Method
In co-operation with the client, we will prepare the project in such a way that it places demands on team co-operation, efficient communication and coordination. During the project, blocks of feedback are incorporated so that each team gets a chance to stop, look back at the previous part of activities and reflect on their quality. On the basis of such a reflection, participants can change the mutual communication and co-operation in the following parts of the project in such a way so that everything functions better.
Out trainers are present during the whole action; not only do they put their shoulder to the wheel but they also monitor the interpersonal interactions among participants and collect material for the above mentioned feedback.
At the end of such a programme, participants gain not only satisfaction from a meaningful work but also reward in the form of improved communication and co-operation among individuals as well as the whole team.
